Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus eight or more years of experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional licenses may be required by local jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare task estimates and manage supply levels for tasks.
• Maintain an energy management program to reduce operating costs.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
