Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials.
