• Proficient in MS Office suite and building systems documentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring and development.
• Ensure performance management and disciplinary actions per HR processes.
• Lead annual safety program scheduling and compliance across site.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and utility management.
• Perform regular inspections of building systems and address issues.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.
• Coordinate training and documentation for building systems and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure tenant satisfaction.
