Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of related work experience in a commercial property setting with building systems knowledge.
• Vocational/Technical training certificate and appropriate trade license(s) may be required; EMS/fire alarm familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure performance management and HR processes for staff.
• Manage annual budgets and utility reporting; track variances.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors, tenants, and engineers.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee safety compliance.
