Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day maintenance with the maintenance staff in a leadership role.
• Develops and adheres to the preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Supervise all building repairs done by outside vendors and report to the Association Manager.
• Maintain an operating environment to achieve resident service goals and safety standards.
• Organize time effectively and balance multiple projects; create maintenance reports.
