KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead all building maintenance operations for a hi-rise community. You will supervise the maintenance staff, partner with the Association Manager, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and a solid trades background (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting). A Florida driver’s license and readiness to respond to emergencies are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; AA degree in industry preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in hi-rise buildings or hotel operations.
• Strong working knowledge of basic trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps and motors, mechanical systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, leading the maintenance staff.
• Develop and enforce preventative maintenance programs for the community.
• Supervise repairs by outside vendors; report on completion to the Association Manager.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment and high resident service levels.
• Monitor all building systems and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances and emergency responses.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and maintenance team for timely solutions.
• Create maintenance reports with property condition updates and project progress.
