Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in supervisory role in high-rise buildings.
• Must be HVAC certified or have comparable technical certification.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building maintenance utilizing maintenance staff.
• Develop and adhere to the preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise building repairs done by vendors and report to the Association Manager.
