Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8 years related experience in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Budget awareness and basic financial analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Operate, maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors across multiple trades.
• Prepare estimates and manage materials and tools for tasks.
• Maintain energy management programs to minimize operating costs.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Provide informal guidance and training to coworkers.
