Job summary

ECS is seeking a Structural Associate Principal to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science & Infrastructure team in Philadelphia, PA. You will manage structural consulting projects, serve as a lead technical consultant on assessments, testing, and design, and mentor junior staff.

This client-facing role involves interaction with owners, architects, contractors, and engineers, with responsibilities spanning project management, technical execution, and business development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 8+ years of structural consulting experience.
• Experience with investigations, testing, and design.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural projects from initiation through closeout with scope, schedule, and quality control.
• Lead structural assessments, repairs, and design efforts as Engineer of Record when applicable.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions.
