Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Service Senior Sales Executive to support our Service Agreements business within the Commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls Service team in the Canton, MA area. You will be the ambassador of Siemens technology, driving service projects and digital energy services across hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

Expect to devote at least half of your time to customer-facing activities, with in-office collaboration a couple of days weekly and travel about 10%

Qualifications

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED.
3+ years of sales experience in building automation or similar (HVAC or mechanical).
Must demonstrate financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and services.
On-the-job exposure to account development and strategic sales skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must demonstrate organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Achieve new order and profit goals based on assigned quota for service projects and service agreements.
Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities with forecasted order intake.
Understand marketplace, competitors, customers, and influencers across the region.
Develop a vertical market and account management plan for growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
Identify new business opportunities and go-to-market strategies to reach end users and channel partners.
