Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field; 10+ years HVAC experience accepted with GED.
• 3+ years of sales experience in building automation or similar
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or consulting within the Mechanical (HVAC) Service industry

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals on service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
• Develop a vertical market and account management plan focusing on strategic growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization to ensure service outcomes.
