• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial building automation or HVAC, with contractors/engineers in the target market.
• 8+ years of sales experience in the same industry for senior level applicants.
• Financial acumen to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Meet new order, booking and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Develop a qualified funnel and forecast order intake with consistent results.
• Understand market trends and competitors across the region and verticals.
• Create growth plans and establish go-to-market strategies for new markets.
• Act as a trusted consultant to customer organizations and align services with business goals.
• Spend ~50% of time in customer-facing activities, in-person on site.
