Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Senior Sales Account Executive to support our Smart Buildings service team in the Tempe, AZ area. This role focuses on growing the service agreements portfolio for commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling to end users/owners, strong financial acumen for estimating solutions, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales in commercial building automation/HVAC or related construction.
• 8+ years sales experience in the commercial building automation or HVAC industry (for senior level).
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings effectively.
• Account development and strategic sales capabilities.
• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or GED; 21+ with valid driver's license; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals based on your assigned quota for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting order intake.
• Develop understanding of the marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across the region.
• Develop a vertical market and account management plan for growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Consult with customers to determine budgeting and investment requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Spend 50% of time in customer-facing activities and 1–2 days in office for collaboration.
