Job summary

MoveATech is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to lead the delivery of BAS/BMS and controls projects, with a focus on data centres and mission critical facilities. You will own projects from bid and design through installation, programming, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, client management and a deep understanding of HVAC controls, DDC sequences and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in building automation or related fields.
• Understanding of BAS/BMS, DDC and HVAC controls is highly desirable.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Automation and Controls projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors and deliverables.
• Coordinate controls, engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and sequences of operation; provide technical guidance.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs and profitability.
• Manage change orders, additional work, contracts and commercial issues.
