Job summary

Certified Control Systems seeks an experienced BAS Project Manager to plan and oversee building automation projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, resources, and schedules, coordinating with general contractors and end-users to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires HVAC&R knowledge, strong estimating skills, and leadership abilities. A two-year technical curriculum is preferred, with 5+ years in mechanical project management and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical curriculum preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as mechanical project manager.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating and bid preparation.
• Medium to large project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee mechanical projects to budget and schedule.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, change orders, and value schedules.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and end-users.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all projects.
• Report project status to leadership regularly.
• Promote education and training opportunities.
