Job summary

ModernControls is seeking a BAS Project Manager to lead BAS projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and scope alignment. You will work with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to enable seamless automation solutions and growth across multiple states.

The role requires 5+ years in BAS/HVAC controls, a related degree, and the ability to travel between project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and/or HVAC controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing projects from $20K to $5M.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and related documents to determine scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and identify time‑sensitive installation needs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies; manage budgets and costs.
• Interface with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
