Job summary

MoveATech is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to lead the delivery of BAS/BMS and controls projects, with a focus on data centres and mission critical facilities. You will own projects from bid and design through installation, programming, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, client management and a deep understanding of HVAC controls, DDC sequences and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in building automation or related fields.
• Understanding of BAS/BMS, DDC and HVAC controls is highly desirable.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and change orders.

This role will take ownership of projects from bid and design through installation, programming, commissioning and final handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Extensive project management experience, ideally within Building Automation, Controls, HVAC, MEP, construction or building fabrication.
• An understanding of BAS/BMS, DDC and HVAC controls would be highly desirable.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts and change orders.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-management skills.
• $125,000 – 150,000, depending on experience, qualifications and location
