Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to define scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with critical timelines.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies.
• Manage budgets and conduct cost reviews to meet financial goals.
• Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance on site.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Identify and pursue change orders specific to the project.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals and close-out records.
• Interface with customers and maintain ongoing project communications.
