Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager - BAS/BMS to lead building automation projects, overseeing service, retrofit, upgrade, and controls work. You will work with customers, technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and leadership to drive safety, quality, profitability, and satisfaction.

The role requires managing schedules, budgets, and project risks while delivering complex HVAC control solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, or related projects.
• Experience with project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning and execution strategies for delivery success.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for project execution.
• Monitor risks and issues and escalate where needed.
