Essential Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Personal Service Provider Lead in Norwich, CT. You will lead by example, ensuring top-tier customer service, compliant handling of payments, and accurate product management in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

The role requires 21+ years of age, 2–3 years cannabis retail experience, and the ability to educate customers and team members on products and regulations. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old as per state law.
• 2–3 years of dispensary or cannabis retail experience; leadership is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods and effects.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the dispensary as Key Holder.
• Train PSPs and ensure compliant dispensing and payments.
• Handle cash and reconcile daily transactions.
• Assist with store inventory management and restocking.
• Coordinate staff break schedules to maximize customer support.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally and authoritatively.
• Ensure correct labeling and storage per regulatory standards.
• Educate customers on products, strains and consumption methods.
