• Guide PSPs and coordinate with District/General Manager on store operations.
• Enter data to track KPI markers and manage inventory and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and process supply orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist patients in product selection, and resolve issues.
