Essential Employment Services, Inc is seeking a Retail Personal Service Provider to represent our dispensary. You will guide patients and customers in selecting cannabis products, ensure compliant transactions, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires 21+ age, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or cannabis experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age per state law.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or cannabis-related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, methods, and effects or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check as required by state law.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and register transactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliant customer/patient transactions.
• Assist or escalate to Manager on Duty for disgruntled customers.
• Keep sales floor clean and assist with trash removal.
• Ensure cash register starts and ends at $200.
• Verify accurate cash drops.
• Perform parking lot sweeps.
• Build online orders during downtime.
• Research current products to assist customers.
• Clean glass fixtures.
• Assist in Greeter duties when needed.
• Access patient records with confidentiality.
