Contract Specialties Group, Ltd. is seeking a BU Controller to serve as the senior finance leader for the BU, guiding the GMs and executive team.

This role oversees Finance, Accounting, IT, and Compliance across US and international operations, including Europe, and partners with Corporate Finance for governance and reporting. The role emphasizes strategic business partnership, robust financial planning, and strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive finance and accounting roles.
• Manufacturing and multi-site experience required.
• Experience with US GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM and leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with government contracting requirements.
• Provide timely financial reporting and analysis for corporate and sites.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and program management on financial matters.
