Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Segment Controller to lead site finance, report financials, and partner with the BU manager. You will oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for a manufacturing-focused business unit.

The role emphasizes manufacturing cost control, working capital optimization, and strategic analysis, with responsibility for audits, SOX controls, and robust internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Budgets & forecasts, analyzing revenue, profitability, expenses, and working capital.
• Monitor KPIs, improve productivity, reduce costs, and support product development.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, physical counts, and excess and obsolete inventory reserves.
• Drive working capital improvements across accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and other operating accounts.
• Evaluate capital expenditures & prepare financial analyses, incl. NPV calculations.
• Compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, internal controls, & company policies.
• Support internal and external audits and divisional reporting requirements.
