Smardt Inc. is seeking an MBU Controller to supervise finance operations within the Manufacturing Business Unit. This role oversees financial information collection, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with policies.

You will collaborate with management to develop budgets, support audits, and partner with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in finance management in manufacturing and possess a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in finance in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of functional finance area and department processes.
• Experience with inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and document inventory management procedures.
• Drive monthly inventory control and analysis.
• Prepare periodic site reporting and support financial analysis.
• Recruit, select, and onboard talent for the team.
