Job summary

Narda-MITEQ, part of Amphenol, seeks a senior BU Controller to lead finance, accounting, IT, and compliance across U.S. and international operations.

The role partners with the GM and executive team to drive data-driven decisions and strategic financial management for a multi-site manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in finance, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams, with CPA preferred and manufacturing/government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required; government contracting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity organization required.
• International finance/accounting experience, particularly with European operations, is a plus.
• Experience leading and developing finance and accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition rules.
• Experience with multiple ERP and financial systems.
• Experience working within a publicly traded organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GM and leadership to drive data-driven decisions and improve profitability.
• Oversee US and international finance and accounting operations and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage ERP and IT systems initiatives and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, proposals, and investments.
