Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional accomplishments with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven teamwork and ability to lead projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of business/financial systems, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU finance team; act as strategic partner to BU Manager.
• Oversee general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and cost accounting oversight.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Engage with government agencies and customers as needed.
• Allocate resources to optimize division performance.
• Develop metrics to evaluate financial programs.
