Job summary

Broadstaff is recruiting for a Sr. Account Executive in Broadband Engineering & GIS Services. This remote, nationwide role requires strategic business development across the United States with frequent travel to meet broadband operators, ISPs, MSOs, and partners.

You will lead opportunity development from prospecting through contract execution, leveraging relationships to drive revenue. Collaboration with engineering, GIS, and pre-sales teams will deliver client-centric solutions and growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in telecoms, broadband sales or related engineering services.
Proven ability to generate net-new revenue and meet quotas.
Current quota-carrying sales experience.
Existing relationships with broadband operators and service providers.
Understanding of FTTH/FTTx/HFC, OSP, network planning topics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic new business development plan across accounts and territories.
Generate net-new opportunities with broadband operators and providers.
Leverage relationships to secure meetings with decision-makers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Lead opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to craft client solutions.
