Job summary

Pixel Softek is seeking a high-impact Director/Senior Director of US New Business Development in broadband engineering, GIS transformation, and network design services. This is a remote, nationwide role with travel, offered through BroadStaff, LLC on behalf of Pixel Softek.

You will hunt net-new revenue, leverage executive relationships, and collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to close opportunities with operators, ISPs, utilities, and telecoms across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecommunications, broadband, engineering services, or related business development experience.
• Proven success generating net-new revenue and opening new accounts.
• Existing relationships within broadband operators, MSOs, fiber providers, ISPs, utility broadband organizations, or related industry partners.
• Experience selling engineering services, professional services, consulting services, GIS services, network design services, or similar solutions.
• Strong executive presence and consultative sales skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise opportunities.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close net-new business opportunities with broadband operators, ISPs, fiber providers, utilities, and telecommunications organizations.
• Leverage existing executive and operational relationships to create immediate market access.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery discussions with engineering, GIS, network planning, construction, and operations stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans and long-term growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to craft solutions and proposals.
• Own customer relationships from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing account expansion.
• Drive partnership development with complementary engineering, construction, GIS, and technology organizations.
