Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering and a PE license.
• 10+ years bridge design experience with leadership of large projects.
• Experience leading design teams for long-span bridges (≥900 ft).
• Proficiency with major bridge software and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, and monitoring large bridge projects.
• Provide technical oversight and cross-team coordination.
• Deliver design leadership for long-span bridges and production efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee QA/QC of bridge plans.
