Job summary

Arcadis U.S., Inc. invites a Bridge Engineer to join our Mobility team in Georgia or Florida. You will contribute to design, delivery, and management of bridge structures for state and municipal clients, co-located with a major design-build project team.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers, prepare reports, and monitor schedules while applying AASHTO codes and industry software. This role requires strong communication and initiative in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• EI/EIT Certification.
• Experience with AASHTO design codes.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in transportation infrastructure.
• Proficiency with bridge design software including Bentley/LEAP/Open Bridge Designer, MathCAD, Microsoft Office products, and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Co-location at the project office with frequent visits to the construction site
• Participate in project progress meetings
• Collaborate with other design disciplines
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve RFI's and NCR's
• Prepare reports for senior engineer review
• Track and meet deliverable schedules
