Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead and deliver bridge and structural projects in the Atlanta area. You will guide junior staff, coordinate with CAD technicians, and work with clients including state DOTs and municipalities.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, design excellence, and reliable project delivery. Your background should include a PE license, 10+ years of bridge design experience, and proficiency with Bentley and MIDAS tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
10+ years of bridge design experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience with state DOT standards.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver bridge and structural projects with technical direction and QA/QC.
Apply expertise in design and analysis using specialized software.
Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets and risk.
Mentor juniors and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Communicate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
