Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and cross‑business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role can be based in Houston, Midland, Collegeville, Marietta, or virtually on the East Coast, with travel as needed.

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline, manage multiple stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while driving growth across the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, U.S. E5 level equivalent or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in customer management or sales.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape plans and price strategy.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth and cross-business opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate long-term trade-offs.
