Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand ownership relationships, focusing on personal care accounts. You will also manage other direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate negotiations, and drive growth across multiple locations (Midland, Houston, Collegeville, Marietta)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at/above U.S. E5 or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
