Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business efforts for a key global brand owner in personal care. Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or East Coast remote.

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalent at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio; prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
