Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of progressive CPG Brand Marketing experience.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in POS and panel data analysis (Nielsen/IRI).
Prior agency management experience required.
Experience overseeing Shopper Marketing strategy.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic development and execution of marketing plans.
Develop US Brand Strategy in partnership with Sr. Brand Director.
Build compelling creative campaigns with Global Marketing team.
Perform continuous business performance analysis and manage budgets.
Partner with Sales and Supply Chain for go-to-market strategies.
