The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with solid financial acumen, has 5+ years in brand management in CPG, and excels at collaborating with Sales, Finance, and agencies in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive brand management, product marketing, or related CPG experience.
• Proven track record of bringing new products to market.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with creative thinking.
• Experience partnering with Sales and supporting major retail customers.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies and annual plans that drive sales, market share, and profitability.
• Identify unmet consumer needs and lead innovation from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Partner with Finance to build and manage brand P&Ls, budgets, and investment priorities.
• Support Sales with customer plans, assortment recommendations, and launch materials across channels.
• Lead integrated marketing, packaging, digital content, social media, and agency relationships.
• Use consumer and financial insights to measure results and improve performance.
• Work across functions to move projects forward.
