Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year sales or customer service experience, or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and frequent driving to other offices.

Responsibilities

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results; engage customers, prospects and referrals and represent the bank in community events.
• Service Standards - Build collaborative partnerships, uncover sales or referral opportunities, and address customer needs with proactive service.
• Operations and Administration - Comply with regulations and policies; complete required training and maintain operational efficiency.
