Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year in sales or customer service, or 6 months in customer support at First Citizens Bank.
• Preferred education is a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in telephone sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with proactive outreach to achieve sales/relationship goals.
• Represent the Bank in the community through events to generate new business and CRA opportunities.
• Provide service and guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate transactions.
