Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build banking relationships through proactive outreach and assist with deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.

You will demonstrate strong influence, communication, adaptability and teamwork while handling multiple demands across branch locations to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 1 year sales or customer service experience; or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers in conversation about their financial needs
• Opening deposit accounts and ancillary banking products
• Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
• Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs
• Processing transactions and other account servicing requests
• This position will provide coverage for multiple branches.
