First Citizens Bank in Greenville, NC is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive outreach and handle deposits, payments, and digital access products while identifying opportunities for bank partners.

The role emphasizes influencing customer conversations, delivering high-quality service, and adapting to changing priorities.

Formación

Minimum education and experience: High School Diploma or GED with 1 year sales or customer service experience.
Or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred experience: Telephone sales.
Required license: Valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices.
