Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Branch Manager in Georgia to lead sales efforts and branch operations, supported by an operations specialist. You will engage in outbound calling to generate new business, build banking relationships, extend credit, and identify referrals for specialty partners.

You will manage a team, drive sales targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with bank partners to deliver value to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: lead performance and personnel functions for a team and coach to achieve results.
• Sales: meet financial, production and relationship targets and generate new business.
• Service Standards: build collaborative partnerships and address customer needs proactively.
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations and bank policies to manage risk and maintain efficiency.
