You will monitor workflows, manage cash operations, and conduct audits while promoting exceptional customer service. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in banking with supervisory experience are required, with proficiency in banking systems and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of banking experience and three years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; Korean language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operational functions ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise and support tellers and branch staff in daily operations.
• Monitor workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage cash operations, vault, ATM balancing, and cash levels.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance and risk controls.
