Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and management experience in a financial services setting.
• Minimum 10 years related experience and/or training, including 2 years in financial institutions and 3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch sales and service goals as established for the branch.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to branch personnel; conduct meetings to provide direction and review progress.
• Handle difficult situations and resolve issues arising from a broad range of member concerns.
• Maintain operating cash by monitoring usage and coordinating with the Federal Reserve Bank as needed.
• Review performance, recommend promotions and salary increases within the department to the AVP Regional Manager.
• Ensure personnel are knowledgeable in Safety and Security protocols.
