Job summary

Focus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. You will lead a team of sales and service professionals, greet members in the lobby, cross-sell financial products, and ensure exceptional branch operations and service standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of financial services leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and strong sales and coaching abilities. The position emphasizes compliance, budgeting, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of the Employee Training Checklist for MSR and loan functions.
• 2–5 years of financial services or related leadership/management experience.
• Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a motivated, well-trained staff and effective employee relations.
• Manage the branch budget and ensure regulatory compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct loan interviews and forward loan documents to underwriting for decisions.
• Cross-sell products and develop new business in the surrounding market.
• Schedule staff to ensure efficient branch operation.
