Job summary

Mission Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Assistant Branch Manager to lead a team of tellers and USRs, driving sales, service and member experience using the approved sales model. You will support the Branch Manager in executing service and sales strategies and step in as Branch Manager when needed.

The role requires 4+ years in financial services with leadership experience, education of Associate’s Degree or equivalent, and the ability to coach, train, and develop staff while ensuring

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required; two years may substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum 4 years in financial services with sales, lending, new accounts, and member service.
• Two years of supervisory experience required; strong coaching skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, train, and evaluate direct reports to build a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and implement service and sales strategies to meet branch goals.
• Monitor operations, risk controls, and compliance; ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
