Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operating model including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions, servicing, and sales.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000; bundle products when appropriate.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, security, and control requirements are met and internal controls maintained.
