M&T Bank in South Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales and service excellence, and build strong customer relationships. You will guide daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with departments to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and community engagement, with licensing expectations and ongoing professional development in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four years' relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing within 18 months of entry into position; training provided.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management.
• M&T Way Certified
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
• Proficient with PC software including Microsoft Office; Internet/email experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch team to achieve annual sales and profitability goals.
• Grow the business through proactive sales and outside calling while servicing existing customers.
• Build productive partnerships with bank areas to resolve customer needs, service issues, and employee issues.
• Take full ownership of customer issues until resolved.
• Maintain awareness of SAFE Act registration requirements and regulatory changes.
