Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience
• 2 years of managerial experience, including at least one year of bank branch management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of a branch to ensure overall success of branch operating model.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customers' needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Independently source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve performance goals.
• Promote fraud-prevention tools and digital security features.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, security, and control requirements.
