BrandSafway in Florida seeks a seasoned Branch Manager to lead operations, sales support, and administration. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cash flow analysis, while guiding performance reviews and staffing decisions.

You'll interact with managers of key customers, negotiate labor agreements where applicable, and ensure safety audits and branch meetings are conducted, with a focus on growth and compliance within company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience forecasting, monitoring and motivating sales force.
• Previous management experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and write reports.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and SAP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports and monitors the sales force efforts and maintains key customer relationships.
• Supports and monitors branch operations and asset management.
• Supports administrative activities including collections and client communication.
• Budgeting and forecasting future branch trends, volume and profit.
• Conducts employee reviews and manages recruitment, counseling, and discipline.
• Oversees safety audits and participates in site visits.
• Supervises subordinate managers across Administration, Operations and Sales.
